Colleen Desmont: Secretary & Administration

Colleen Desmont, Frank’s daughter, has worked for the Agency since 1982. She graduated from Baldwin Wallace College in 1989 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. In 1984 she obtained her property and casualty insurance license and also her life and health license. Colleen is responsible for all agency accounting and tax matters as well as supporting Nikki and Pat with personal lines.

Nichelle (Nikki) Puckett: President & Personal & Life Lines Representative

Nichelle (Desmont) Puckett, Colleen’s middle child, began working for Frank Clarke Agency at a young age. She obtained her property and casualty license in 2004 and her life and health license in 2007. She is also a graduate of Niagara University where she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a minor in Economics and Finance as well as a graduate from John Carroll University where she received her Masters of Business Administration. She has two children, Addison and Peyton.  She is currently the President and the head of personal lines and life lines at the agency.

Pat Mitcheltree: Personal Lines Representative

Patricia (Pat) Mitcheltree has been in the insurance industry since 1968 when she joined Travelers Insurance Company in Cleveland, Ohio. Once there, Pat became head of underwriting for the mass marketing department before leaving to join our agency in 1972. Shortly thereafter she obtained both her property and casualty insurance license and her life and health insurance license. Pat currently works part-time as a customer service representative for personal lines accounts.

Sean Puckett: Vice President & Commercial Lines Representative

Sean Puckett graduated from Niagara University in 2008 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a minor in Economics and Finance. In 2009, he received his Masters in Business Administration from John Carroll University.

Sean received his property and casualty insurance license in 2005.  He recently received his life and health insurance license in 2014.  He works at the agency as a commercial lines representative.

Sean married Nichelle (Nikki) Desmont in 2011, proving once again that Frank Clarke Agency truly is a family-owned and operated company! 🙂

Lauren Papotto Voldrich: Commercial Lines Representative

Lauren has over 15 years working in the customer service arena first as a member of the auto body industry and then as an insurance adjuster.  She is married to her wonderful husband, Jason and has a step-daughter Aliya.

Lauren works part time as a business insurance customer service rep where she’ll be help Sean with service, claims & billing inquiries.
